Anyone one suffering from a blocked listening port even after
portforwarding through router? My problems started on thurs or fri
and since then my dl speed is around 20-30 kb/s as compared to the
previous of 400kbs. even with 100+ seeders on a torrent.
wondering if it is caused my external factors like ISP
throttling. anyone else having same problem, or found the solution
for it? thanks
