Unable to use phone when using MIO Internet

Hey guys .

I cant seem to use my house phone when my MIO internet is on , even when its off i cant seem to use it too .

So when i need to call i have to use my handphone .

Maybe the microfilter which separates the internet signal and phone signal is faulty

The microfilter looks like a "2 to 1"plug with one port connected to the modem and one port connected to the phone

If it is not the microfilter, it could be the setting on the router is not properly set(which i think is not very likely the case)

Call singnet and they will send a technician down to check for you
