Wow that the most drastic lag/crash (or whatever it is call it
just doesn't sound right with mac) for mac I have ever seen. Have
you tried calling Apple local hotline and tell them about the
problem? For servicing, try going down to eserve (alot of people
recommending it) and see what they can do.
Nevertheless, from what I can gather is the mac's customer
service is quite bad here but it is still bearable as compared to
others. Well if there is no official Genuis store in Singapore, the
service probably won't improve.
