Thumb drive problem

Have sent docs from thumbdrive and proven that there is no problem, no virus found in any of the documents/files in the thumb drive sent to the recipients. Unfortunately, when others access my thumb drive in their PCs and so on a message just flash across stating there is virus in the thumb drive.

I have scanned the thumb drive and indicated that there is no virus in thumb drive.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

try re-formatting the thumbdrive & see if the error still persist..
but before you do dat, plz remember to back up the files in it..

When the thumb drive is infected by the virus, a virus scan will not show any virus as the virus has overtaken the anti-virus program. The virus will be detected on other non-infected computers whereby the anti-virus program will detect the virus and flash the message that a virus is detected.

It is likely that not only the thumbdrive is infected but the PC or laptop is also infected too.

I believe the Virus comes from your PC/ Laptop. What anti-virus are you using?

Its time to change a new anti-virus software, your current one is not good enough.
