Internet Router Problem

I got a new router from Singtel quite a long time already (September), and when I went to install it, I can't access the internet. Beside the "Internet", it shows green. It just keep saying I need enable Internet with PPPoE even though I have already. I've been trying to make it connect to the internet. Help? Details are below: (BTW I'm typing this via my other router, it suck!)

ISP: Singtel

Router is a 2Wire 2701HGV-E

Ok I got it working already, btu they said that it can't connect to the service provider. WTH? It says:

Unable to contact the Domain Name Server.
The 2701HGV-E Gateway was unable to contact your Domain Name Server.
Contact your service provider to report this problem.
Click RETRY to try the connection process again.
