for a while i didn't download any torrents, then i resumed it
one day. it's fine for about 4-5 days and now it has completely
stopped (or downloads at a negligible speed). i've checked the
connection and everyth seems perfectly fine. internet usage is
normal, download speed is normal, the only thing that's not working
fine is the torrents.
asked ard and some said that your ISP blocks your torrents if
you download too much, is this true? and i've downloaded more
before, i'm sure, but this is the first time i've got this
problem.
