unknown application-virus?

whenever i enter windows there will be this application prompting to run or to cancel it..if i press run or cancel it will not run but the application just disappear.Once i shut down my laptop this application will pops b up telling me to run or cancel.How do i get rid of this application cuz is really irritating,guys pls help me thx

by the way i scanned it with norton internet security and Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool and it shows perfectly no virus..so how do i solve this? anyone?

i recommend you use avg 9.0 free edition to scan your computer instead of your microsoft. also clear your internet cookies and clear yur browsing history, download history blah blah blah by using CCleaner to do the job.

if the problem still persists, just reformat your computer.

i manage to find out what's the virus through windows defender it is "TrojanDownloader:Win32/Small.gen!I" i manage to remove the virus but i dun know where to remove the file or software that generates this virus,any help?

Anyway, if Windows Defender has removed the virus, then it also removed the file. Did you download anything fishy lately (Cracks, pirated s/w, or drivers not form the official site) , or insert any USB thumbdrive into the computer?
