mm the HP on you mentioned seems good, but sadly i want one with
14" screen.
btw, "Intel Atom N270/N280 (1.6GHz/1.66GHz)" for the ASUS one
you suggested, that's quite slow right? my current on is 1.86GHz
and it's quite slow.
Yes, they are slow, but their main focus was on power savings
and battery life. Both systems can reach up to 7+ hours batt
life.
If you aren't too concerned about battery life, and weight, I
can suggest Gateway. They may be owned by Acer, but their quality
is quite a bit better than Acer, from what I experienced. Look out
for those models ending in G. I saw one, about $1100,
Pentium Dual-core T4300 2.1GHz
GeForce G105M 512MB Dedicated memory
4GB DDR2-800
320GB HDD
14" HD-ready LCD
The rest I can't remember, but has all the basics like webcam,
802.11n WIFI, Bluetooth, etc.
