january SG I cannot load the dbs bank internet banking java applet using firefox and ubuntu OS. I downloaded java applet already and it is in my computer... but when i go to the internet banking .. i still do not see the login bar which allows me to input my password and username?? How???
ndmmxiaomayi SG Please install Java from Ubuntu Add/Remove Programs, not from Java's website.In Firefox settings, enable Java.

january SG i downloaded openJDK Java 6 runtime, and webstart in the internet section of the add/remove program.. but still i cannot see the loginbox in the DBS internet banking login. what have i done wrong???
ndmmxiaomayi SG Let's check some settings.Open Firefox. In the address bar, type in about:plugins and press Enter.Find Java and check if it says it's enabled.
