Generally there are no major price differences in PC shows. At
the most, you will probably see about $300 difference. You are
likely to get more goodies though when you buy from a PC show than
when you buy from a retail shop.
However, with Windows 7 launch, I'm not sure if there are such
goodies... usually a new Windows launch means that prices will get
higher for a while before it starts coming down.
Lappy prices don't change much, unlike PCs. If you want to play
games, suggest you go for a PC instead of lappy, unless you are
playing casual games such as those on Facebook, Miniclip, etc. PCs
are also simpler and easier to upgrade, thus saving money.
