broadband is a shared connection, so that BB connection is shared
by everyone around that area, that's why. Something like
[email protected], anyway. Correct me on this issue, if I'm wrong.
Yes, you are right. Then, there's also location proximity to the
central router located in Starhub's technical premises. This means
if you are staying further away from the epic-center (think of
earthquake), the speed issue is also a factor.
Also, there's other technical factors like proxy, geo-graphical
sites... A bit too technical to explain. If you're interested, you
