when i try to install windows it can't detect the hard disk where to install?

did you access your bios and do a hard disk diagnostic?

what message did they say when you are trying to install windows

Is it an IDE(The one with the connector with lots of pins) harddisk or sata(The one with just a "clip")?

Sometimes the problem lies with the harddisk's cable, try swapping a cable and test.

Are you using seagate? I remember not very long ago they had a firmware issue that causes the computer not to detect the harddisk
