real player problem?

My laptop has this problem of shutting down by itself when I am playing real player. Sometimes it doesn't shut down, sometimes it shuts down about 10 mins of playing real player.

if i am not using real player, then my laptop's fine..

so anyway i can resolve the problem? then i can continue to use real player?
