My friend can't get into internet, as in...the router's internet light is not lighting..and whenever open the browser got the singnet page. I tried on & off the router, and replugging the phone lines. And everytime i open the firefox browser,there is this prompt that keep saeing i dun have some certificate.
Any kind soul please helppp

Call singnet, maybe you need to re enter your username and password

Your dsl might be blinking very fast(Means it is connecting to server), but the internet's light not being lit up or is red in colour

As far as I'm aware, Singnet pages don't require any certificates. Is it some company website? If yes, he may not have the certificate. He needs to request from his IT department.

What other LED lights are there besides Internet? DSL?

Has his broadband plan expired?
