Sent 2 Laptops personally down to HP Sv center @
Alexandra technopark ( can't be bothered to send in via singpost,
waiting time will be longer)
Always get this reply - "3-5 working days".
Turned out - 2 weeks+ for the first 1 i sent in
(reason : no parts)
- 1 week for the 2nd laptop i sent. this time i call
them twice to complain (as i urgently needed the laptop. After
quite sometime finally managed to speak to the Engineer in-charged
of fixing my laptop, he say no parts, will take 1 week.
After, insisting and telling him how urgent i need it, he
said he would "Air flown" my hard disk from overseas. True enough,
the next day, they told me it's ready for collection. They sent my
laptop back the following day )
ps: 1 out of 2 Hp laptops now has a failed mobo. (not worth
fixing). since it's out of warranty
