When the symptoms appear, is your CPU fan running?
Try removing the desktop internal components such as graphics
card, ram, harddisk, motherboard, power supply and clean them using
a blowgun, brush and vaccuum cleaner. After cleaning, put them into
the PC and try switching on your PC.
It might not work but you can just give it a try.
