Help require for ideas on system components

Hi need help for budget system

Only intending to purchase new -

CPU, Motherboard, Ram, Graphic card and PSU

For gaming and work.

Budget around S$500 - S$600

Additional concern would be to ensure low power consumption and low noise level

cpu could be a 5200 dual core, a g31 micro atx mobo, ram will be a kingston 2gb, gpu can be a 9400gt, and $50-$60 for psu and casing

total will not exceed 500 i think

My suggestion would be AMD route, just in case you want an AMD system.

Athlon II X2 250 + AM2+ mobo.

HD4550 (make sure DDR3)

2GB Kingston DDR2

This is about $300? PSU + Casing about $80, so about $400?

AM3 mobo top up about $70 I think, and some need DDR3 memory.

@Pillow: Most not selling 5200, now is 5300.
