i bought a engenius broadband router. Now i am stuck with the
part where i could not use internet through the LAN, local access
network using this new router.
the description is as follow in the picture
from phone line -------- modem ----------broadband
router--------PC using wired cable
using this connection, its straight forward and i have not test
the wireless part yet for another computer in another room, which i
have failed to connect also.. but i will talk about this local
access first...
when i click on connection icon.. the internet fails to
connect..
For my last time without using this router, the picture is ,
which works, this
phone line----modem----PC (----respesents wire)
SO why issit that when i add this new router.. it cannot use
internet for local access .. (PS: i also cannot access wireless at
the other computer, but will ask this question later on)

which website can help to troubleshoot such problems... or can
singtel help me with this problem....?
