help!my internet connection is broken on regular basic

I bought a new router n modem(2 in 1) recently,problem like internet connection broken on regular basis n internet connection is on,but cannot access website.

Any advice to solve this problem as it is very frustrating.Is it because my bandwidth been stolen as I don know how to secure it,thanks for your kind asistance.

Using singtel or starhub? If singtel, Could be due to your unstable phone line and filter. If starhub, could be alot of people using @ the time your using.

yeah! it's singtel.So any way to solve this problem,cause the frequency of it happenening is quite high.very annoying!

Singtel? It is rather uncommon. Singtel is known for the best connection.

I am using STarhuh GPRS and 3G. Both internet by STarhub sucks big time. It provides 0 speeed everyday. So everything I encounter disconnection and hang problem.

When I was using GPRS Singtel I have no problem with connection.

Are u using 3G or GPRS Singtel?

STarhub sucks big time, so people do not sign up with Starhub. I have other friends using the internet broadband and mobile service with starhub also encounter problems often.

Sometime singtel has best connection but! If your phone line or filter spoilt than your connection gone...Or like this case...Always drop... Change your phone line or filter...
