hi i recently sent my desktop for repair, after they replaced my
faulty ram and reformatted my hard disk, i cant seem to use my usb
keyboard and mouse.
i dont have a ps/2 port for my keyboard and mouse, so it's
really a big problem cos i cant do anything to it. but at the
repair shop earlier, they asked me to check my desktop and i can
use the keyboard and mouse there with no problems.
no problems with my own keyboard and mouse, since i tried them
on the laptop here.
so. how do i get around with this problem?
