Downloading from RS using IDM

hey guys! recently i've encounted some problem downloading from rapidshare using IDM (Internet download manager) when i've previously done fine.

Now, randomly during my downloads, suddenly all the files transfer rates will become 0kb per sec, and i'll lose my internet connection, requiring me to restart my computer.

any help on this? assistance will be greatly appreciated! or you could tell me what download accelerator you guys use!

from what i noe rs stuffs cannot be downloaded using idm, cos its not compatible.

i use firefox plugin flashgot with flashget. works fine together and no problems so far..
