My computer is in coma. Help!

i accidentally put my desktop computer into sleep mode and now couldn’t wake the computer up. so i switch off the power and turn on again and now it refuses to boot up. i am running on a legal copy of vista ultimate. why is this happening? my computer is new, just bought it 3 months ago

the computer can power on. but the screen displays “No video input”. is it because of vista? i am now using my laptop to post btw

i'm no computer expert, but i had the same prob before

prob is not with yr cpu, it's yr monitor display. either the wire connector is loose, or there's sthing wrong with yr monitor

if you're using monitor which can change mode between digital/analog and you're using nvidia graphic card .. try to push the "Source" button on ur lcd when u switch on ur com, it'll switch the mode and viola! try it , it sure work!

you may try to power on ur unit and Press FN + < F1-F12> *

if its like this it could be a connection problem. i dun think its serious. you may have to disconnect and reconnect.

since you're using a legal copy of Win Vista. Have you tried contacting MS tech support?

Please read keyboard manual to find the wake-up button. I don't know if this help.

Change to an old keyboard without the sleep mode, it help me the last time.

PS : If all fail, kiss the computer and say " wake up darling."

1)Remove the cover

2)Remove the graphic card

3)Remove the ram

Put back again... try it again :)

Put an alarm clock beside it .. hope the ringing will wake it up ..

or else waste it .. put it to death instead

If ur computer did wake up, go to power options in control panel ..

Disable the standby mode in Advanced and hibernate tab
