hi, recently my friend's laptop encountered a problem.
he is unable to connect wirelessly to any network (haven't tried
wired LAN yet so don't know about the LAN connection status).
he tells me that the problem is caused by this program called
"diagnose policy service", and that it's giving him errors when he
starts it.
in short, start dps = error = no wifi.
his laptop is a compaq CQ40 series (not sure if it's a 102TU or
120TU one)
