Problem with my HDD?

I have this problem with my HDD. When i tried to copy an iso file, it will always pops up the error " The device is not ready". I have no problem transferring few gb space of movies files at a time and such. The iso file is about 7gb and i have bout 15gb space left in my HDD. Anyone knows how i can resolve this?

Your HD probably is formatted as fat32 - which can support up to 4G limit for a single file. Anything more that that, you need to use ntfs format instead
