download and install ccleaner..

and then click the registry tab at the left side of the
window.
click "scan for issues", and then when done scanning, click "fix
all issues"
i'm not 100% sure that this will work, but it's worth a try,
since it gives your pc a tune up anyway.
it might be registry related, so try this as an option
first.
and don't forget to back up your registry before you clear the
issues. (ccleaner will ask you if you wish to do so).
