You can download a network analysis / monitor or packet sniffer
software, send a file to her over msn, and check the log file.
Copy and paste the IP address here (http://visualroute.visualware.com/) to trace the IP
address. Any more detailed you'll have to file a court order for
the ISP to release informations.

a pretty-looking gal. 
That website, is just a traceroute with an IP-to-location
database backend. It doesn't reveal anything about the destination
IP address more than what a simple ping can.
