Does a old computer ( Window Xp) Come in for more details

Got light

But screen no on.

Does the set-up include a flat LCD monitor? If so, sell it separately and you can probably fetch it for $100 or more on an online marketplace depending on the model, size and condition. If it's one of those big, bulky CRT monitors, don't expect more than $20 unless it's in a superb condition. I have even seen a forum thread at VRZ giving away used CRT monitors from an office for free, probably because they don't want to spend money to have them transported out and dumped.

Chunsiang214 SG

Yeah it has a LCD screen flat.
But why only $100
When I bought it for 1thousand bucks?

As I have mentioned, the price you could resell it at depends on the model, size and condition of the monitor. Post up a MWTS (may want to sell) thread in various online forum marketplaces such as sgForum's very own Marketplace, VRZ's, and HWZ's to receive offers from people and you'll roughly know how much it is worth now.

Chunsiang214 SG

what's disturbing me is that.
I wasted 40$.
It hurts my heart.

I don't know need wait how long then can sell this spoilt computer parts.
You still there ?

MyPillowTalks SG

Only $40, you can still get it to work i beelieve

If you have connected a lot of HDD and gpu and stuff and only using 200watts you might need to test with a seperate powersupply first.........

If not,
On then no screen come on, any beeping?

Take out your ram and put them back

if action=start, then ok, if action=fail cont reading

Try with 1 stick of ram, if cannot, try another stick, if still cannot u need another stick which you can confirm that it is working

If cannot, you need to try with a spare graphics card and the working ram.

playmemory SG

I think it worth more then $40.

SBS7484P SG

at the least, double the price, since it comes with a quite good processor.

not very good for heavy games but ok for the occasional DX9 game, etc, net surfing, this is a slightly better den average PC.
