just upgraded to windows vista, and i cannot send or
receive emails in outlook 2003. I get the send and receive error
0x80040154
finally traced the fault to inetcomm.dll and i do not know how to
fix it. i get this error message "the module regsvr32 inetcomm.dll
failed to load"
how to solve this? thanks
