IT help needed

When i was installing the m1 usb modem this line came out.

Administrative priviledges are required in order to install Vodafone Mobile Connect Lite on Windows 2000 SP4 or no Windows XP SP2.

What is the problem anyone know? I am the computer user administrator.

what Operating system are u using?

Windows XP. I do not know how to check to see if its SP2 or not

Click on Start > Control Panel and double click on Users Account

Under your username, what does it say? Computer Administrator or something else?

Try downloading a game or something else that needs you to install. Does it give out the error?
