I bought the Jackie Chan's Police Story IV VCD in a sale in a
VCD shop a few days ago.
I bought it for $3 and it was most likely that the VCD was of
low quality.
So, the VCD broke into pieces in my DVD drive when I played the

It is really ridiculous.
