You do not need two monitors to do that lah.
I have a TV tuner card too. You just have to open 2 windows ie
one for watching TV and another window to surf the internet.
However, you will need a monitor with large screen size ie at least
19" or more LCD monitor lor.
he wants one to specifically do each mah.. maybe different areas of
the room thats why.
