Bigcable22 SG i kenna virus that install a program onto my desktray then the program keep prompting me with popups to install this install that.. use avg-free scan liao still cannot remove,avg say "error while healing...",very annoying the virus.. pls help..

Raraken SG Next time, I'd reccommend Avast Home Edition. Its a pretty good piece of Software. To me, System Restore is one of the last resorts I'd use simply because settings can be altered when using System restore.
