What happened to my modem?

The light at 1 keeps flashing and 2 won't start flashing, which indicates that I can gain the access to the internet. What happened to the modem? Please help.

then it should tell u some error, ask u to reboot

click rebboots system.

Byright this happens when u restart modem, and ur modem will automatically help u 'log in', but in this case it does not. The DSL light keeps flashing because it is trying to connect you to ur ISP first. It might be that the modem is faulty, i have encounted this a lot of times, tell them about ur problem

if rebooting the system doesnt help, call singnet, tell them wad is ahppening, they noe wad to do

Call Singnet and tell them

they will need the internet subscriber's ic and name

tell them u forgot, they will tell u over the phone

They will also tell u exactly how to connect back
