maybe your scratch disk isn't enough.

MyPillowTalks SG

scratch disk is wad? :o

scratch disk is wad? :o

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scratch_space

It's like virtual RAM or a page file but just for Photoshop. Since there's an issue with PS CS3, why not take this chance to uninstall it and install the new PS CS4 instead?

MyPillowTalks SG

hmm, i go try to find cs4

charlize SG

Vista says it all?

nenepokey SG

Vista says it all?

i have no problems with Photoshop while using Vista Home Basic/Home Premium

MyPillowTalks SG

fixed, changed the scratch disc to the place i installed, bring th cache level all the way up, let it utilise 1.6gb of ram

then no more crashing
