ive been putting this problem off for a really long time but ive
got to resolve it rather urgently now.
My microsoft word, excel and office died on me! as in whenever i
try to open documents, my com just hangs and it cant even shut down
unless i press the power button and hold it there. the other
programs can still run, but when i minimise all the windows, the
rectangle box that usually appears in the centre of the screen
before microsoft word opens will just remain there. imprinting
whatever was my previous window. what shall i do to resolve this
problem?? im really a techno noob so i would really appreciate any
form of help!
its quite urgent because my exams are coming and ive got to view
some documents in microsoft word. any kind soul, please help me!
