Hope someone can help me on this.
I recently bought Creative Zen X-Fi 8GB. It comes with a
software called Creative Zen X-Fi video converter whereby it
converts your videos to suitable for my player.
I then tried convert this video format which is in .avi format
because i tried playing it in the player but it could not support
the format even though the specifications did state that .avi
format file can be played. So i went to convert but it displayed an
error which is as follows:
'the video file does not the playback capability of your player.
Video converter is unable to convert the video into a supported
format because the codec required is not installed in your
computer'
Judging from the above message, does that mean i need to install
some codec in order for it to successfully covert the video? If
yes, how would i know which codec to install?
