Best Earphones with Noise Cancellation

I'm looking to buy a pair of in-ear earphones with noise cancellation so that when i listen to my mp3 player on the bus, i dun get drown out by the engine noise. My budget is up to $50. Does anyone has good recommentions?

Creative EP860 i think... i bought it for 70bucks at IT Show... its pretty good in-ear..

if can increase your budget to 100, creative have the averna or something.. forgot the name.. the noise cancellation is slightly better, but for me, i tested both i cant really hear the difference, so i went for the EP860 $70..
