convert to high quality video

I have done a video in flash (size 480 by 360) and have exported to mov. file format in flash itself so that I can upload to youtube. But when I playback in youtube, the video is blur and pixelated. (when playing in Quicktime itself, it is not blur nor pixelated). What can I do?

And other than using software converter to convert swf file to mov. / avi. file formats, what can I do in flash to export to a higher quality video? Thanks.

Try adding &fmh=18 to your YouTube video to see if you are able to access the higher definition video.

YouTube compresses the quality of the videos so that it can be loaded faster.

If not, try other video uploaders like vimeo.com which supports better video playing with higher quality.
