hi guys, need your help here.
my computer is inflicted with the above software without me even
installing it. it keeps popping up on my screen displaying some 40
over threats it has detected in my pc and asking me to purchase it.
even after i close these pop ups, it will pop up again every few
seconds later.
my active desktop and my wall paper have also been deactivated
automatically and i cannot restore them.
furthermore this software doesn't appear in the 'add/remove
programs list' in the control panel and there isn't any uninstall
option for it in the start menu.
i tried using spybot and my norton antivirus to remove it but to
no avail.
guys is there anything i can do to remove this software from my
pc? pls help. thanks.
