is anyone using the china based software - QQ? or if you can
help me with this problem, also can.
i just downloads the software, but i realized i cant view the
chinese characters when installing and even after installing. but
my computer is able to view & input chinese characters in
website, microsoft words, etc. while for this problem such as in
QQ, the chinese characters came out in question marks, and other
funny characters which are not readable.
can any experts help me out on this issue?
