U may want to change the height of the tag board. make it
smaller so tat ppl need not scroll so long to type the msg.
If u wan 2 disable the scrolling is the 1 in bold just change
the "auto" to "no"

Note tat the view ppl see is due to the setting of the user
perfered best view, some like super large font, so if u disable the
scroll, he might not be able to see wat u write below
