It is because female tends to groom themselves up, which men usually don't do.

We ladies are more concerned with our appearance lah..

Guys if 2 concerned later end up gay looking - pluck eyebrows, facial, spiffy dresser, etc etc..but they do have to know the basics like clean skin, hair, facial hair grooming, clothes that suit them, proper hygiene etc..

Got nothing against gays, just that I find guys have to know where the line is between decently groomed & too much grooming!

I personally am not attracted to metrosexuals. Just clean, normal groomed, that shows he cares enough about his appearance & hygiene not to scare you off!!
