Start > Control Panel and double click on Add/Remove Programs.

I selected "Uninstall a Program" but can't locate "Incredimail".

Open C:\Program Files folder.

Can you find the Incredimail folder there?

Unzip the files to somewhere you can find.

Copy and paste the following in blue into Options.txt

Open RegSearch.exe

Click on Import...

Find the Options.txt file and open it.

Click OK to start the search.
