Problem turning on my com

I currently use a desktop today i have problem turning on my com,when i turn on the screen only appear the brand of my com.The window just don boot.After trying a few time turning on\off the main power and restart it still cannot work.i try ctrl alt delete it just restart only.

Until i turn on den push Alt F4 den it boot up my OS...ok liao

is it a virus?

Few day ago i got encountered a continuous run time error pop up window i try to close but infinite lor den i activate Anti virus den it stop.But the anti virus like never alert just stop the pop up.

is it will cause my problem?

it seems to me that it is either a virus or maybe a software issue

i will wait for mayi to diagnose, i do not specialised in this genre

i rem i go this side www.cc62.com it is a mp3 download place.when i try to right click save target as but it is not a mp3 format den pop up pop up..until now i haven turn off my com scare late cannot turn on again.
