bluetooth hangs my laptop

my bluetooth has always had of hanging my prorams from when i started using this acer laptop, but now, when i bring my laptop back from sleep, the bluetooth will switch on by itself, causing my computer to slow to a crawl.

is there any way i can uninstall my blueooth driver or just disable it permenently?

btw, i using win xp sp2.

1. Start > Control Panel and double click on System (or right click on My Computer and select Properties)

2. Select the Hardware tab.

3. Click on Device Manager button.

4. Find your Bluetooth device. Right click on it and select Disable.

Next...

Click on Start > Run and enter in services.msc

Find any services related to Bluetooth and disable them.
