M1 is the first mobile operator in SG who rolled out mobile
broadband. At first, it looks like to be very successful. But well,
what you see is not always what you get.
Recently M1 upgraded the mobile broadband speed from 512 kbps to
1Mbps. So, I supposed to be able to surf faster, download email
faster, etc.
But what happen ? The M1 mobile broadband is super sucks.. The
speed is so slow, always went down to 0kbps. Man, 0kbps... it means
nothing. No data from my laptop and M1 broadband.
Even reconnect doesn't solve the problem. It keeps swaping
between 3G and 3G+. And 0kbps.. So sucks.. Stupid M1.
I paid monthly fee for nothing, for getting fed-up day by
day.
I have made up my decision. I have to unsubscribe from M1, not only
for this mobile broadband, but for all other M1 services. M1 is
sucks. M1 can't retain it's customer base since the first day they
rolled out their service. Now I know why. Singtel and Starhub can
maintain such a huge customer base, but not M1, because M1 just
care about $$$, never care about the service quality. One more
time, M1 sucks !!!
Imagine one day, I have to wait for 1 hour (trying connect and
disconnect) to get the M1 broadband works. It is totally waste of
my precious time just for this stupid M1 broadband. All my
colleague already switch to Singtel Mobile Broadband. Singtel offer
more money worth promotion, yet maintain good service, not like M1.
M1 sucks, not only mobile broadband service, but also their prepaid
and postpaid service.
M1 sucks !!!!
