Not only that, you may also have too many programs installed in your computer and some registry problems. I suggest you get Tuneup Utilities to clean up your computer. Search for Tuneup Utilities on google.

i have 2gb ram my laptop spec is 1.83 core 2

nope i dont have alot of programmes, i only install windows 1 care, microsoft office 2007, itunes, quicktime, vlc player and win rar and msn messenger,

my hard disk is almost empty besides the preloaded software and those i installedi barely used 3gb and the preloaded softwares and OS takes up 20gb of my 120gb hard disk???

i scan my laptop using my anti virus but it did not detect any threats of viruses and spywares
