nope, but in the interest of the safety of other motorists as
well as to maintain a smooth traffic flow on our roads, we have to
be civic minded and warn fellow motorists of dangers / hazards /
slow-moving vehicles like these right?
normally slow moving vehicles come with a speed limit sticker at
the back and perhaps yellow and black stripes as well as flashing
orange lights / blinkers on the roof..
however, this particular vehicle does not come with any and
therefore it is even more critical to warn fellow motorists of
this.
If encountered, pls do not tailgate, do not follow, keep a safe
distance, and overtake at the nearest opportunity. Proceed with
caution. Subject is FRAGILE.

with licenses beginning with S, E, or F and excludes any
speed-limited vehicle, goods vehicles, and specifically the Chery
