Phone memory insufficient?

When I view my Samsung F330's memory status for messages, it displayed that it is capable of storing 500 messages. However, whenever my inbox contains 200+ messages, it will display memory full and I have to delete everything before I can receive anymore incoming messages. In addition to that, if I delay the clearing of my inbox, messages sent to my phone will be deleted and I wont even be able to view them. Is it only my phone's problem or all Samsung phones are like that?

maybe thats becos ur sent msg is more then 300+?

I dont think so. I clear my Send msg regularly. :S

do u have anything(like 3gps/mp3 files) received unsaved? or if save did u delete the file from the phone memory?

how long are each of ur 200 msgs..? 1 msg = 160 characters nia.. if u got 320 characters in a msg, it counts as 2 msg..
