Firefox problem

i cant change the add-on.

the ok button in the tools, option.startup page doesnt response at all.

sorry, i will be more specific.

whenever i start firefox two tabs always appear.

besides my homepage the other tab is mozilla's "you have been updated to the latest firefox" page.

i try to change it at tools.option. but the ok button just doesnt response!!
